How are your products designed and manufactured?

All products are designed in-house—from the 3D models to the embedded firmware and electronics. I prototype, test, and assemble each unit by hand to ensure quality and accuracy.

Do you accept commission requests?

Yes, I occasionally accept commissions for custom-designed props or electronics. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, especially if the concept has potential for broader production. Use the contact form and select "Custom Order Request" to get in touch.

Can I suggest a feature or a new product?

Absolutely. I welcome suggestions for improvements or future projects. If there's enough interest in a particular idea, it may make its way into production.

How do I get help with a product I purchased?

Shipping & Returns

What is the expected turnaround time for orders?

Physical items are made-to-order and ship within 6-8 weeks.

Do you offer expedited processing or shipping?

I do not currently offer guaranteed expedited processing, but if you have a tight deadline, feel free to reach out before ordering and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to many countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of my products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you run into an issue, reach out and I’ll work with you to make it right.
